- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My business paid this company more than $20,000 for two years of liability coverage and never made a claim. We decided not to renew the policy in order to reduce our overhead. Four months later they billed us for an additional $2600, claiming that they needed to cover their “exposure” because our sales had been better than they’d expected.
